Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours from your initial purchase. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. However in certain circumstances we will offer you a store credit if for example you purchased the wrong product and we are amending your order for a product that costs less then the product in question.

We do not accept returns, but if you are unhappy with your order and you have a valid reason we may resend you a replacement at no cost. You must provide a valid proof of purchase. This is subject to approval by our admins.

Refunds

You can request a refund within 24hrs of processing your initial payment if your order has not yet been shipped, once we receive a proof of purchase including your email, address & order # then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or a full refund to a nominated BTC wallet addres or original method of payment, within 2-3 days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message on Sessions with your request.

Shipping returns

We do not accept returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for damaged products if we approve to resend a replacement.
